Assume that all the suppliers and vendors you need for the debut have been prebooked. You’ve made all down payments for them too. Certainly, there is no need to look for suppliers and to canvass for prices. Still, why get a debut coordinator? Of course—because for a special occasion like this you cannot afford to overlook any detail. To pick up from where you left, Events! Events! will be your Day Coordinator tasked to:
• Make the necessary follow-ups with your chosen suppliers at least two months before the debut.
• Suggest professional and dependable vendors who meet your needs.
• Verify every supplier's arrival and delivery of your requirements.
• Help in organizing seating arrangement of guests.
• Prepare the script of the program.
• Create a debut timeline and set up a schematic for vendors.
• Create a layout of the reception venue to be put beside the registration table big enough to guide guests.
• Provide unlimited advice and consultations via phone, fax or e-mail.
• Allow the members of the debutant’s family to enjoy their day—stress-free!!!
• Assist the debutante in dressing up and in attending to her immediate needs.
At the hotel or reception venue, we:
• Oversee other debut details.
• Organize the gift table, guest book table, and program distribution.
• Usher guests to their seats.
• Make sure the reception program runs smoothly.
• Organize the presentation of the debutante and her party.
• Route the guest book while the guests are dining.
• Assist the photographer and/or videographer in documenting the
different segments of the event.
• Oversee the cutting of the cake and first dance, as well as the traditional
18 roses, 18 candles, and 18 gifts.
• Distribute souvenirs.
Assuming that you only have a date and probable venues for the debut, would a Day Coordinator, suffice? No, but Events! Events! can be your Full Coordinators too.
