| Romance filled the air when Jojo Mariano married Bubut Lujero at St. James the Great in Alabang. In her white gown with long veil, the bride was simply radiant as she walked down the aisle.
The yellow wedding motif was evident in the entourage’s gowns. The Grand Ballroom of The Bellevue Manila was transformed into a lovely park complete with trees and hanging votive candles.
Guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner consisting of crabstick salad with mangoes, cream of leek soup with saffron mussels, medley of minced chicken medallion on asparagus balsamic glaze, and beef tenderloin with baked potatoes topped with sour cream and bacon bits, and for dessert, fresh fruit balls. White calla lilies were wonderfully placed in tall glass vases.
Cupcakes which served as souvenirs were also placed on the tables as additional decorations. Jojo Tatlonghari took care of photography. During the reception, toasts and anecdotes were shared by close friends and family members of the bride and groom. It was indeed a happy event, and the smiles on the faces of 250 guests faces were a living proof that Jojo and Bubut’s relationship, now signed and sealed, was an inspiration to all. |
