Cristy was regal in her basic Parrish Espiritu Carlos strapless gown with continuous A-line skirt in Mikado silk covered by a silk organdy overblouse with standing collar and French cuffs. Accentuated by ¼-inch wide strips with Swarovski crystals, the bride walked down the aisle holding an all-white bouquet of hyacinths and tulips.
Female entourage members likewise wore Carlos gowns in deep red. Amis Print was commissioned by the couple to print their classic invitations with a hint of red to reflect their wedding color. The main ballroom of The Palms Country Club was magically transformed and infused with red roses by Gina Galang of Royal Flower Shoppe. Dexter’s Bakeshop provided the three-tiered wedding cake.
The couple painstakingly did a scrapbook of their photos together which served as their guestbook/dedication book where guests gamely answered questions like, “What do you think was on Cristy’s head while walking down the aisle?”; “What do you think was on Cris’ head while he waits for Cristy at the altar?”; “What do you think Cristy liked in Cris the best?”; and “How many kids do you think the couple will have? What would their names be?”
